Mike McLean has had an extensive consulting career in designing, delivering and embedding strategic change, business improvement methodologies and systemic change. He has delivered this to major corporations and within multiple industries and organisations in both Government and private sectors.

Mike has engaged boards, executives, management, engineering staff, and front-line staff as workstream lead for the implementation of stakeholder engagement, business transformation, supply chains, organisation analysis and designs. He has applied integrated management systems for strategic, tactical, operational and service improvement projects, using his Keep, Change, Create™ methodology delivering up to 400% ROI for organisations around the world.

Also as Co-author “Manufacturing Money” Book; SAI Global Whitepapers; co-authored international academic peer reviewed published research on ASEAN Australian Automotive supply chains, Material Recovery Evaluation and Utilisation and many other respected bodies of work.
