Alan has over three decades of professional Human Resource Management experience within ASX 100 companies across a range of corporate, divisional and business based roles. Over the past decade he has innovated models for managing organisation-wide change and organisational design as well as building and leading commercially focused HR teams.

As a consultant Alan works with line executives and HR directors to equip organisations to effectively execute strategy.
