Chris Baker is a change leader with more than fifteen years of consulting and business advisory experience in the fields of productivity, profit and leadership.

With a background in high-tech manufacturing and technical support, including in senior management roles, Chris has extensive experience in managing diverse teams and has won awards for business development and process improvement.

Since 2006, Chris has shared his extensive knowledge and experience with organisations of all types to assist them in deploying and leading process improvement frameworks.

Across this time, Chris has developed and facilitated numerous tailored training and consulting programs related to Lean-Six Sigma, Leadership, Outstanding Customer Service, Managing Change and Project Management.

He has experience across both the private and public sectors, including various Government departments, manufacturing, FMCG supply chains & logistics, policing, defence, government agencies, education, healthcare, biotechnology, mining and metals, water/waste-water and power generation.

The high return on investment delivered by Chris has ensured that he remains in high demand for his capability to lead organisations of all sizes through significant change.

Chris is a current Fellow of the Institute of Management and Leaders and is a past chair of their Service Professionals Special Interest Group. He is also a highly sought-after presenter and regularly speaks at conferences across Australia.
