As a scholar-practitioner, Jacqui has over 25 years in academia, executive and C-suite management in private and public sectors, including as a board member. She consults in strategy development through to operational delivery, integrating cultural development to enhance organisational performance.
As a practitioner, Jacqui’s entrepreneurial and innovative solutions have earned local and international awards. Her most recent as the APAC Insider Best Business Consultancy CEO 2023 for Jackal Oz. Jacqui is a Fellow and Chair of the Regional Advisory Board for the Institute of Managers and Leaders, Track Co-chair for the Strategy-as-Practice Special Interest Group (SIG) and SIG Co-chair of Organisational Transformation Change and Development at the British Academy of Management. She has also been a local, national and international speaker, including facilitation and key speaker engagements.
Academically, Jacqui attained her doctorate with the University of Liverpool (UK) and is an academic Professor for Ducere Global Business School, teaching and supervising into Australia, the UK, US, and Europe. Jacqui has numerous peer-reviewed international journal articles, conference papers, book chapters and a bestselling book published, covering strategy, culture, transformational change, organisational learning, SMEs, sustainability, and infrastructure delivery focus. Jacqui has edited numerous books and is an editor for the Civil and Environmental Science Journal, Journal of Regional & Rural Studies, and the Journal of Policy and Society. Jacqui also provides peer-reviews for the International Journal of Organisational Analysis, The Learning Organisation, British Academy of Management, and various conferences.
